The Committee considered VT report dated 5.7.2008 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time, summary report of Sub-Committee and decided that notice may be issued giving 21 days time with a direction to the institution to comply the following deficiencies:

  1. As per list submitted, there is Principal and six teachers. Principal is not retd. Professor/Reader, hence cannot be appointed after retirement.
  2. Two Teachers qualified but retired, hence cannot be appointed.  Out of the rest only 4 teachers are qualified, 3 more teachers may be appointed.
  3. List is not countersigned by Competent Authority of affiliating body.
  4. Science & Psychology Laboratory  facilities are not adequate.
