Institution for a period not less than 30 years and it is free from all encumbrances. Therefore, the institution is required to comply the above Norms strictly under Regulation 8(7) of NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 and submit the required documents within 3 (three) months from the issue of the letter. |

However, some Committee Members have noted the following.“According to our interpretation of the appeal order passed by NCTE Hqrs., every document i.e. land, building etc. including the teacher’s qualification has to be seen. But in this case those documents have not been made available and seen, hence do not agree with the above decision”. |
