  1. Principal is not appointed. Qualified Principal needs to be appointed.
  2. Only one teacher is qualified, 4 teachers are not qualified.

  2. Out of seven teachers, two teachers at sl.2 & 5 are not qualified as not having 55% in B.Ed.

  1. Two lecturers at sl. 4 & 5 appointed are not qualified as per NCTE norms.  Three lecturers qualified as per NCTE norms may be appointed.
  2. Separate list of teaching staff for B.Ed. and M.Ed. course may be furnished.

The Committee considered VT report dated 12.5.2008 along with relevant documents, NCTE Act, Regulations and guidelines of NCTE published from time to time, summary report of Sub-Committee and decided that recognition order under Clause 7(11) of Regulations, 2007 for B.Ed. course with an annual intake of 100 (one hundred) from the session 2008-2009 may be issued after the institution submits the following within 21 days of issue of the letter:

  1. The library is to be equipped with requisite number of books as per NCTE norms and supporting documents are to be furnished.

  2. Facilities for language learning is to be developed.
  3. Psychology laboratory & Educational Technology laboratory are not available.
  4. Books available in the library are inadequate.
  5. Institution has not submitted building completion certificate from the competent authority
  6. Infrastructure facilities are not available and instructional facilities are not satisfactorily available as per NCTE norms.
  7. Fresh affidavit in original after changing the total area and built –up area is not submitted, only photocopy of affidavit submitted.
  8. Website launched but not functioning properly.  Staff list and affidavit are to be uploaded in the website and downloaded copies to be submitted as per NCTE Regulations.

  1. Principal’s experience certificate is not attached, hence qualification of Principal could not be ascertained.
  2. Four teachers at sl.3 to 6 are not qualified as per NCTE Norm.
  3. List is not countersigned by competent authority. 
  4. Website address is not submitted. 
  5. Teachers for teaching Work Experience not identified.
  6. In the building completion certificate it is stated that Total plinth area=648 sqr. meter and Total covered area=1944 sqr. Meter, which needs clarification.  The institution is required to submit a fresh building completion certificate from the competent authority mentioning the total area, exact built up area, plot no., khasra no. etc. where the institution is situated.

  1. Principal experience certificate not attached, hence qualification can not be ascertained.
  2. Teachers are selected but not appointed. Institution should appoint and intimate the date of appointment of teachers.
  3. List is to be countersigned by competent authority of affiliating body.
  4. Librarian needs to be appointed.
  5. The building is also shared for running B.Ed. course.  Hence, total  area and built up area may be furnished.
